"Amicable" is a pretty vague word concerning disputes. Not really sure they can FORCE you to settle amicably haha.

I was searching around the forum a bit about Nippon(you can do it yourself too of course!) but i can't really find anything negative about them!

And it's indeed a weird word to use, but i do know a Japanese friend of mine seems to always use these really unusual words a lot.
