From what I can tell, yea. I called my bank and got the OK to go through and when I tried to order again GAME's website automatically blocked my sale. Like I said too, I tried several cards, so it seems like they just blocked my account or something. I tried contacting their customer service and it was pretty awful too. They kept telling me to call their TOLL NUMBER and I am in the USA, and despite me telling them that it would probably cost me a small fortune to call their number, and I refused to do so, that's all they'd really say.....other than "WELL I DUNNO WHATS GOING ON LOL IT SHULD WORK"
