I don't think you should give up and I DON'T think you should be using their "customer service" phone #. This CAN be corrected. There is no reason for your account to be blocked or payment methods if your not actually committing fraud. Try email and/or LIVE chat on the site (Think they have that). Don't just give up and be content w/ never ordering from them again...

Maybe, they don't have anything I want ATM anyway...but I had a friend that lived nearby a GAME store and she just walked in and picked it up for me anyway...plus I am fairly certain she packaged the item better than GAME would have also.... so maybe it worked out better. LOL.
