100%. I spoke to Gamesonly a while back. They were telling me Scanavo charges 5cent per steelbook just to shrink wrap them and as a result 20% of their steelbooks come scratched.

Worse is, when I talked to Scanavo about this, their response was "well we always assume damages steelbooks won't be sold..."
