This framed artwork was part of square enix's members program that they hand out rewards based on points you have. You had to amount to a certain number of points to receive this Ultimate Rewards goodies that was given out in 2010 and 11. It was more of a presigned art by artist Tetsuya Nomura with the quote "She must not be forgotten" Also my favorite
