Just got my Metal Gear Solid HD Collection in from Zavvi. It's heavily damaged, the factory plastic is ripped in 3 places, the bottom left corner of the box is torn... there are huge dents all over the box.
The only reason I'm upset is because they didn't even package this thing well at all. It honestly was just sitting in a cardboard box that was falling apart when it got to me.
Should I try to get a new one from Zavvi? Honestly I don't see the point if they are just going to stick it in a cardboard box with no protection at all....
