Zavvi and damaged items...

i also received mine today...i actually paid additional for the gift wrapping thinking it would be of a great help to prevent the damages to the US..i was WRONG..actually the irony is my gift wrap was in very good shape..no rips no tears..but the box is heavily damaged..i think they wrapped a DAMAGED box and sent it to me anyways...it's not just a rip or a tear..it's whole side flap is torn off..and the other corner is CRUSHED.
