The Scarborough Fair Gun in a fancy box is the valuable bit,in a plain white box not so valuable.
For just the climax edition game,between $40-$50 used,about $80-$100new/sealed.
If the gun was included,it had fancy box i would expect $150+ for a good one,if alls new/sealed,maybe $200+

The bastard probably has the gun sitting on his shelf at home.. really annoys me when people only trade in half a collectors edition
