Called again just. Spoke to "Netty", as Tom was unavailable when I requested to speak to him.

They still don't have an answer regarding the issue and what they are going to do about it yet and will contact me regarding this issue as soon as they know more.

Well this is just a massive load of crap...

Let's see what they eventually come out with. Anybody hoping for this book this year, don't hold your breath.
