3 games of Lucy Rebecca and Shaun training Desmond as an assassin so he could join the fit then he goes and spoilers
So what was he training for?

ps3 is always region free (except one persona game). Xbox not an expert in that, but most disc are i think.

That persona game is region free theres not 1 region coded ps3 game.
