Sorry if this has been already asked, but is combining shipping costs of Dev-team ed. and that Clamshell Art book possible? (Both are already ordered of course)

No, combining shipping isn't possible because the Dev-Team edition is shipping in its own box. And specifically, those two products are being housed at different warehouses, so they couldn't ship together even if we had a box big/safe enough to combine them.

I'm sorry they're both pretty expensive shipping costs on their own, so I know it would be nice to try to save some of that....

It was pretty great idea to offer option for only buying Dev-Team ed. items separately. I hope you continue doing that in future Can't wait for my packages to arrive!
