Default Re: Mortal Kombat Euro Kollector's Edition avalaible for pre-order, some will be disa

Got my Mortal Kombat CE today, and yes, I am quite disappointed. This ranks alongside such CE's as Aliens Vs Predator, Street Fighter IV, and Avatar in (low) quality and aesthetics. A SteelBook would have made this CE so much sweeter, although I suppose we can be grateful that it didn't cost £69.99+ like most CE's at the moment.

I certainly wouldn't be including it in any "Best CE of 2011" lists by a long shot. It really makes you ask why we even needed the figures - This would have been a much nicer CE if it had've been a SteelBook with hardback artwork book and soundtrack. In my opinion, fighting games don't need anything fancy

Which version did you get?

I'm getting the bookends one so hoping it will be of good quality. I like figures, but only the good ones.
Don't really care about steelbooks.
