My opening comments to them...
I had been hoping to buy from you the Ni No Kuni Wizards edition and Namco tweeted that you would be releasing more stock so I signed up for an email alert and have been constantly checking the product page for 2 days... Then, guess what, it goes up at 10am this morning, I get no email alert but some idiot posts it to UK Hot Deals meaning it instantly sells out to scalpers who will resell at a massive profit meaning genuine collectors / gamers lose out massively... Why have an email alert system if it does not work - I have never received an alert from you regarding a product going back into stock. Will you be getting more of this product??
