Loot chest was around 50000 in the US and 52000 in PAL regions I believe

That means this is at least 10 - 11 times more limited than the loot chest

Even using the more generous number of 8000 made

I ordered the Post Pandemic Edition earlier today and it says that my order is open instead of pre-ordered however I got an order confirmation. Is this normal?

It will say open untill they bill you and ship it. Then they will change it and it will say closed.
