Poor THQ... One of my favourite developers, hopefully Darksiders will find a home...

yah but only the core team and not the franchise atm. afaik

Hi guys,

That's correct unfortunately. IGN did a good run down of events with some updates from the heads but also a breakdown on where some of the assets were heading.

On top of that though there have been further updates, Darksiders (and more specifically Vigil Games) haven't found a home yet... but there is still hope, as can be seen here.

It's basically looking like Platinum Games are showing some interest in the guys from Vigil and the Darksiders IP.

So Crytek does have some of the THQ guys, but they've been spread all over the place and unfortunately a good 200+ people have lost their job - very sad and, as mentioned before, one of my favourite developers!
