Survival Edition - $99 [PC - $89]
Steelbook Edition - $79
Standard Edition - $69

So, the "pre-order bonus steelbook" offer no longer exists!!

I would presume that the PS3 will get a G2 size steelbook as it's available for other countries as well.

Arseholes! Looks like the game comes in the steelbook too. If that's the case, I think I'll cancel my order.
