Man that really sucks. I can stand a thief.

I had the same thing happen to me when my MGS HD CE collection arrived. Gamestop sent me an affidavit to fill out and I got it replaced.
If thats a continued problem I'd want to send myself an empty box and wait in the bushes when it's due to arrive.
