The lamp did turn out alright but I was under the impression that the white Raiden Play Arts Kai figure was only obtainable from the CE... the black one being the on that can be bought separately (this may have changed for all I know)?

Yep I think you're right. I prefer the normal figure that's why I think it's best to skip out on the white Raiden.

Well, there is a nice deal here in the Netherlands, you will get a steelbook+ hardback guide + t-shirt + game for 55 euros, so i'm just going for that alone for now !.

White is exclusive to the bundles at the moment. The black is the only version that is more widely available. Red, blue and yellow will also be limited I think.
