I've been looking for a copy of this for ages; closest I've got is the French collector's edition. (Never had the soundtrack but came with the same as the US besides that.)
I think it ended up costing me about £30 in total. Plus I did manage to pick up what seems to be a press-release thing for about £3, it's a preview of the game with wallpapers and everything in a CD-sized metal tin, came with a metal keyring that's shaped like a scroll, too.

Nice, i saw one on eBay a couple of days ago for £150 for a sealed copy. Bit out of my price range atm ^^
