Hi,
I have read on ubishops "Help" that they charge credit cards for physical items when the game is released and ready for delivery.
Ok, i ordered 2 CE`s and then inmediately charged me!
Is this normal? They act exactly opposite of their own terms!

They never charged me upfront. So maybe they charged you to see if the credit card is valid and will refund it to you soon.

no i dont bite they only have to do a nominal test payment of a pound to see if card is good, i would get in touch with em
