I remember Bioware's opinion on this.
If you choose to buy a lithograph or some lithographs, frame them and put them on your wall, great, we hope you enjoy looking at them. If you choose to try to resell them immediately or later down the road hoping to make a profit, great. Heck, if you choose to buy them, get them home and tear them up as hampster cage filler, that's up to you (I think this is a terrible waste of some excellent art, but they belong to you once you buy them). There are limits on items placed by the store, but what customers do with their items (as long as it is not illegal) is just fine. http://social.bioware.com/primevalrp...998/25#5147047

Seems fair. I have no problem with people buying a few and maybe offloading them for a profit what annoys me is when resellers buy 5-10 + then jacks up the price by 1000%..
