We think shipping is working correctly. The multiple you're seeing isn't the rate, but we're baking some customs in so we can ship them duty paid. It's percentage of the total cart price, so it goes up with adding more art, but isn't just a factor of weight or multiple tubes or anything....

Can't figure out what's going on with PayPal. I can see it's taking a long time to respond, but the overall volume of calls to their servers don't seem to be too crazy. Trying to get some people on the phone, but have no answers yet. Will keep digging. Very sorry again.

The intent was to do it for all countries that we couldn't find had exceptions to whether they would charge them or not in the limited time we had to get all this figured out. Are you being charged the extra and shouldn't be? We can make a quick update if you know of a specific exception we missed.
