Launch kit from game stop usually didn't include game disc (dick..jk)
They just have prop / tag / shirt / lanyard and marketing scheme to guideline how their rep can persuade their victim to pre-order or what game will go well with that particular type of game.

In that case this is just swag and not an actual game release...
