Ordered from Gamestop UK the Premium Edition specifically so I could get the Steelbook and guess what? No steelbook in my parcel!

I've sent them an Email to ask why, so hopefully they will actually send one out.

EB games here did the same thing,i picked up my Songbird edition & i forgot to check the steelbook. Got home & no steelbook,not a happy camper. Went into the store,complained a little & ended up walking out with a box of steelbooks

Unles you want a mint one i would just try to negotiate with the seller about getting a partial refund. Otherwise you have to pay out of your own pocket to send it back,which means it will end up costing you more money than it normally would. Not good.

Yer is such a pain in the arse I mean it is only the box that's damaged but always like to keep them in as good as conditional as possible!! Plus haven't got anywhere to display any of my stuff at the moment so will be living in the loft for a bit!
To be fair to the seller he has replied and seems keen to help as the damage is down to the courier!!

I had to ask for my steelbook at EB otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it.

Thanks for the compliment You dont ask you dont get. Ummm.....how many,well the box of steels i got was a full original shipping box sent to stores & theres 25 in a box Not bad for asking nicely i thought
