Nope, the story stands on its own. The worlds aren't technically connected.

BUT i would suggest playing Bioshock 1 for sure, one of the best shooters of all time (now only behind Infinite). 2 was not so good but it was still okay (wasn't made by the same studio).

I have watch my friend play bioshock 1, but never played it myself

Just I can get the game + the steelbook for 300 dkk

Not sure how much that is


The PS3 version of Infinite comes with Bioshock one on it (but you will need 12 GB or HDD space).
