Unexpectedly poor shipping practices from Treehouse.. whats up with that? One of my lithos as a significant amount of creasing and marks on the left / top... not what I expected =/

Naturally you're supposed to contact support and get a new one but nonetheless.

But.. how many "extras" did they print? I guess I will find out when they respond to my complaint on Monday. Where's Ryan.. dude was all up in this thread until we started having issues with quality.

unfortunately no one there noticed until they finally went on sale and began to be packaged up for you all. While some of them were less damaged than others, we decided that any damage at all was unacceptable and the fairest thing would be to have them all destroyed so we could start over fresh. From the original e-mail So all of them, all reprinted. Problems with damage is, unfortunately, nothing new. As far as I'm aware they don't print extras, so they don't actually sell 500/500 but keep some for replacements.

I must have gotten lucky then. There are some brown marks on the back that may be crease marks (not sure really). It is not noticeable on the picture side at all. They are so minor that I could not even capture the marks with my camera. Is this the type of creasing that is being talked about or something else? This is the first lithograph I have ever bought so am unsure about what is normal and what is considered damaged.

![]() The "You don't see it when framed" isn't really a valid excuse.
