I read about something similar on Kotaku for a European one, but it turns out it was only a pre-order incentive from a store somewhere in France or Germany or somewhere like that, and not an actual CE. I am sure Europe will receive something like this though - Nintendo would be silly not to release a Zelda CE here for this game!
