It stands a good chance that it will be given with the game upon purchase. If this offer is available to the UK I don't mind giving people a hand with this.

Ah yeah, then unfortunately we have to buy the game as well.

Does anyone have an idea if Gamestop.de also ships to the netherlands? If not, I live close to the border, it's only a few km for a store close by. But still... I'm gonna buy the CE and Gamestop.de version, so if by any chance I get 2 steelbooks (not likely) and someone doesn't, I can send you one.

They only ship to Germany or at less they does, if you login as guest

Yeah called up and asked why, and they said it's due to limited stock worldwide. Not sure if it's true, but JB won't accept any orders in store, and EB told me that they would stop taking orders soon...
