Zavvi or the Hut

I ordered about 5 times from Zavvi in the past couple months and everything's been fine. The biggest item I bought was the Vanquish w/Figure edition, and it came in a large cardboard box in perfect condition.

But, looking at that ebay feedback...Wow.

If your fussy about the condition of your items then zavvi is probably not worth the hassle, 2 out of my last 3 orders have arrived with some sort of damage to the packaging.
