In the past, if there was any AC figures/statues released, would Ubisoft announce it too?

If i were to order it now, and got into any trouble (touch wood), can I still cancel it with paypal?

You are protected by paypal for 45 days after you send payment so you would open a case on the 42nd or 43rd day assuming it hadn't arrived yet
