Toymunkey promised them back in February - but being a new statue manufacturer, I believe promised them too early and couldn't meet demand in time. Online stores finally just received them days ago. For anyone on the fence about these things, I would buy one now rather than later. In Japan these things sold out in days, and in the US they are selling very quickly too.

Anywho, now that mine has finally arrived, I can say I am very happy with it. This is my first statue ever so I can't compare quality to others. I am, however, a little disappointed to learn the base is hollow, I thought it would have been a heavy base from the images.

I took a few images of mine for you guys (forgive the shoddy camera):
Spoiler!

Also, toymunkey announced they'll be making an even more limited version that will only be exclusive to San Diego Comic Con this year. The only difference is the mannequin PH is holding:

and comparing the two side by side (SDCC exclusive on the left):

Edit: Also found a youtube video review:
When you add youtube videos, only add the part after the "watch?v=" portion, so in your case, only add the ZBbN0G_11fM inbetween the the yt tags.

So then instead of a big white box, you'll get this instead:

Also, I too, live in Canada, and if you would be so kind as to divulge your total cost after all was said and done for this statue, I'd greatly appreciate it. Really wondering if I can afford it, and it's tight.

Ahhh thanks! I was wondering why it wasn't working correctly. I double checked the link to make sure it was okay, eventually I just counted it to being broken bb code, haha. I fixed the original post now, thanks!

No problemo! Shipping for this item isn't actually too horrible. It comes in a huge box (as these things, I assume, typically do) but the weight is pretty light. Here's what mine eventually came to, all told:
Price: $149.99 USD
Shipping: $22.49 USD
Total: $172.48 USD

In total mine came to $179.83 Canadian. I'm in Toronto so depending where you are shipping might be a little more/less.

For anyone on the fence about this, i'd wager these won't last long. It sold out really quickly in Japan (I think within days), and the world wide release sold out of pre-orders months ago as well. If there's any left in stock anywhere, I assume the levels are low, but i'm just guessing.

I just learned about the youtube thing as well, so I'm happy to spread the knowledge.

The prices are enormously helpful, because I'm actually in Toronto as well (Bloor/Dufferin area), haha. So, that's pretty much exactly the price quote I wanted.

Would love to see some pics of your own of this thing.

Thanks a lot!

Geez! We're literally 2 minutes away from each other (i'm near Dundas Square, also work in your area, haha).

No problemo on the pics! I actually already posted a few in my original post on the previous page (hidden with a spoiler tag). If you want some better ones or maybe a few close ups I can take some more. Actually I probably will later tonight once I get home from work.
