Hi, there wasn't one specifically for the collector's edition. I should have some photo's of the box and the packaging tomorrow and will get that over to you.

As a side update, we can no longer give specific numbers for people as they have all gone into production and are with our distribution company.

In the description it say's it is limited to 200 units...that would make those items ultra mega rare...i see a business here...
