Tips for finding old Nintendo collectibles (Pre-Video Game era)

I've been doing a bit of googling and I can't find a good answer to this question.

In short, I'd like to start collecting Nintendo artifacts from before they became a video gaming company. Many of you might be aware that before the late-70's, Nintendo made card games and knick-knacks. Most notably (for us americans) they worked with the Disney company and have printed playing cards with Disney characters, some time in the 60's and 70's, I believe.

About 10 years ago, I purchased a roulette game from the 60's that was manufactured by Nintendo. I'd love to find similar items and start collecting them, however, these items are rather hard to find on eBay.

I know this appears to be a video game, collector's edition forum but I can't find a place, any where, were a community exist that helps each other buy and sell these old, pre-gaming era, Nintendo goodies.

Does anyone know where I might find these types of collectibles? Any tips would be helpful. Thank you!

That stuff sounds hard to find to be honest

Looking for something like that from almost 50 years ago is going to be a lifetime battle imo

Plus since it has the nintendo brand on it, chances are it will still be highly sought after by nintendo VG collectors more or less

So not an easy thing to collect for

I am not aware of any website that deals in this but maybe try to find a retro playing cards / gambling

Yes, I suspect it can be a bit hard to find, but keep in mind that Nintendo is over 100 years old. The stuff exists and, in fact, I have seen an artifact from time-to-time on ebay (though most items were packs of cards.)

I was just curious of anyone around here was familiar with another site that might be dedicated to the buying and selling of such material or may "know a guy" who is into this stuff.

If anyone is curious, this one is close to the roulette game that I own. The difference is that mine was a pocket version, and the game had a slide-on cover. There was a clear cellophane cover on the top of the top that allowed you to see the wheel.

Tip 1 dont live in australia

I would suggest some tin toy collecting forums might prove more suitable

Surely Nintendo would be your best bet
Nintendo's own forum or customer service to find out if they have a master list
Well they do have a master list
But seeing if they will share there master list with you so you know what was licensed and made and when
