Not really if you think logically Gears of War 1 Tin was originally wrapped in shrink wrap plastic,this was removed & the tin then signed. The tin itself is still sealed & never been opened,only the shrinkwrap plastic gone bye bye. Better to have the tin signed permanently than have it disappear on plastic
