Finally preordered. Does anyone know how many of these editions are there going to be available worldwide?

Sony are not likely to release any specific numbers, they say it will be really limited. In other word 1000's.

I ve searched all the major sites and noone claims its a very limited edition. My guess is that its going to be like the GOW3 one and the Killzone 3 one.

LOL - I should clarify what I mean't by 1000's, I was being funny and saying there will plenty out there. Sony just says it will be limited in there blog. Yes very much like Killzone 3 and GOW3.

Will this edition drop in price fast like the Helghast Edition did? I mean, it's a nice edition but if it drops $50 after 3 weeks I'll wait a bit. Guess it won't be very limited though. Shops here still have it for pre order.

I would guess it will drop in price, it still available in the UK. Question really is, how long before price drop.

It's not as limited as the first one.

Received my InFamous 2 Hero Edition from PLAY.com, and I have to say PLAY.com have reached a new low point in terms of shipping and packaging...

Received my InFamous 2 - Hero Edition just now, flimsy box, hardly any padding inside, and the icing on the cake.. The box was all split open, contents on view to all the world!

The delivery courier was very apologetic and ashamed to even present this to me in this condition, and she coudn't apologise enough!

Very disappointed with PLAY.com's service, yet again!

Wow, that sound really bad. But why didn't you pick it up at a local gamestore? There's no risk of the package or the game itself getting damaged. I buy most of the big boxed games through a local store.

It's a PLAY.com exclusive, so that's not a possibility here for this edition i'm afraid

I wish it were, and I think many people here would agree with me!

I look forward to seeing how everybody else's Hero Edition comes...
