I think i saw a copy of saints row the third CE guide in my local gamestop a while ago, dont think they have it anymore though

Was the cover of it black or white?

The standard edition of the Saints Row the third guide was labeled "studio edition" even though it's just the normal edition of the guide and was white

i honestly think the collectors one was cancelled never seen a physical copy of it anywhere

It was indeed cancelled hence if a copy of the collectors edition guide does exist somewhere for whatever reason, it would be very rare

Again though just one old ebay sale that has since been removed from ebay
