I pre-ordered this, and clicked Vorkasse, so I can pay 2 weeks prior to release, but it didn't ask for contact details OR payment details, but it said the order was processed...

WTH!? xx

I think they will send you an email with payment instructions when the game will be released. Then you can also fillout the form with your shipment/payment details.

I would create a(new) account and order again before they are all gone. Don't think you made an actual pre order as you always get an confirmation through email.

I'm not sure but I think it can take up one day until you receive your pre-order confirmation.
