What is wrong with puerto rican sellers? They are practically part of the US and Gamestop operates in Puerto rico in the exact same fashion as in the US so all there games are in fact US NTSC games as you would find in any US based gamestop

Anyways on price this is all opinion I don't think it's worth that much personally but other people do/did

It's up to an individual to determine worth of something but again I don't think the market value of them is 100+ USD

Yeah the whole Puerto Rican-US relationship is strange to be honest but whatever

Yeah at the end of the day this is all opinions

I'm still curious what will happen their CE's once 360 and PS3 games stop being made as prices might drop considerably or rise
