From what I know, France/U.S./UK/AUS were only released. And I'm thinking Deep Silver really only released UK/AUS, so I'm not 100% on the U.S./FR whereabouts, or why/how they came about...

I know where it came from but they don't have a forum over at UbiWorkshop anymore and most of them came over here
