although I got all of mine directly from CEs (was too broke to preorder anything) so I can't be sure...

There was a huge batch last year for preorders so leftovers were probably included in some CEs. Nothing goes to waste

Yeah the second batch was commissioned only a few weeks prior to release as they needed more xx
