Yes vat is sales tax here but we pay it or don't pay it at the country of purchase

Does the sales tax you pay go to country of origin or your country?

Edit: for whatever reason I thought Ras bought some treehouse stuff but of course I forgot he's on a whole other level (had thought the country of origin was the US originally)
