Anyone with the bs cancelled orders, try an email to the company CEO - seriously, email stating your disappointment at their shoddy system (be polite but make it obvious you are not really at fault and you are really upset and let down by them).
You will probably get it passed onto someone who will manually resolve the issue. |

You need to go direct to CEO to get a result, get you mate to do some googling...find out who the CEO is and then google some more and you'll find a website listing contact email addresses.
