Think I agree with you. I cannot believe the things that are packed appallingly and survive - brink steel from oz in a paper envelope - not a mark and the ones that are packed pretty well but get battered...

Ok.... so Treehouse change their shipping fulfillment and this time I get whacked with a 29gbp charge for customs clearance

Yes they use a different courier, msi which is bpost in uk.

Will be customs every time with these guys, they are thorough

Our fulfillment company removed XPO, so everything is MSI whether we like it or not. I promise we're investigating some alternatives for you all.
