Got an email from Game, basically saying they didn't know why the order had been cancelled. How are you able to help, have I missed something

I have a contact who will look into any issues, higher up than where you are

Need those pm ASAP as I want to send email by lunchtime to help chances of sorting so will put a deadline of 4 hours from this post.?.pm real name and order numbers please

My Tesco order says 'sent for fulfillment' On the original order conf I notice it says expected delivery Sat 15th

Guess they're not shipping until tomorrow

I have made them aware (apparently both are cancelled and due to privicy laws that's all I can get) - I have been asked if you guys can you both please try live chat, if you get no joy (try for a bit) let me know and I'll chase again...in fact if no joy pm me your phone no. and I'll pass those on.

edit - just realised sand4fish is not uk - better have your email lol

yeah, mines progressed to 'ready to dispatch'

shame it seems to be due saturday

still, can't complain - Joel edition for ?45!
