It will most likely be a localised version, which may or may not be multilingual. For example, the Sniper: Ghost Warrior CE's we bought a few months ago were entirely in German, but featured English as a selectable language in-game (as far as I am aware). I would guess the same would be true here, where the game case will display Spanish, but the disc may be playable in other European languages

Various website are reporting that another Dead Island Limited Edition has been announced, known as the "Red Edition"

My friend contacted that store in Spain and they don't know exactly which edition they'll have for sale. They told him to wait and see if it really was the edition they are displaying.

It's a nice set, although I would like some confirmation that it's an exclusive before I place an order, especially seeing as I have already pre-ordered the Treasure Edition
