anyone else got problem placing order? I thought they blocked my IP but i tried using another IP and still can not continue.

Meh just confirmed online they black listed me.

Probably because I failed the checkout too many times I got blacklisted for fraud =.=.

Checked online and they seems to do it all the time.

I tried purchasing with my saved details that I used just few months back for post pandemic and they rejected my billing address which never changed. Tried a few times and I change to my AMEX and failed then blocked me

Think you might even have to fax in details

The thing is that I already fax them the credit card last time and the customer service told me I only have to do it once and it will be valid forever with that card.

yup... me...... i have tried different addresses, US and otherwise, tried different credit cards from different banks....no luck.
