Are there 2 different statues for Splinter Cell?

The one sold separately states "Desert Camo Suit". Then the statue that comes in the 5th Freedom Edition looks to be of a different suit, darker. Anyone can confirm there are 2 variants?

Ahh the silver one.. I'll skip that, not really a fan of these, what I call "mono-coloured" variants.
