That sucks, sorry. We've had a bunch of complaints with the new way MSI is handling UK shipments (and elsewhere). I'm told we've changed shipping methods to a duty pre-paid option about two weeks ago, so you shouldn't have this issue on next month's tees.... You'll have to pay a little more up front now (fees should be the same, but we have to collect a percentage of the total as VAT), but at least there shouldn't be any more surprises on delivery. Or maybe I should just say fewer surprises? International shipping is really hard, but we're working on it.

Do you like the shirt at least?
