Not sure if it's been mentioned, but I pre-ordered it form Yesasia.

Although the price they have it for is extravagantly high, they do offer free shipping to many countries. It's still a high price compared to e-Capcom's rrp but when Playasia is hard to catch and you can easily miss out from preordering from them. Hope this helps.
