Default Re: Removing stickers and residue from old PC cardboard boxes?

Goo Gone worked perfectly. I put a little bit on a q tip and spread it across the surface of the sticker, let it soak in, then reapplied a little bit more when I was ready to start peeling it off. Each sticker left a lot of residue so I applied goo gone over the residue, wet a towel, and then gently rubbed the sticker residue off with the wet towel. The goo gone was in direct contact with the cardboard and caused no damage or spots. It was a slightly glossy cardboard and a dark color so it may have a different effect on other boxes. I did it to 3 different boxes and it worked fine each time.
